At Petit Bistro, our food philosophy is simple: delicious, honest food created from authentic, superb quality ingredients. Our menu embraces traditional French cooking with a contemporary New York slant - whether a guest at the hotel, a passer-by looking for a pre-theatre dinner, or a London dweller keen to enjoy a hearty meal in a warm and inviting setting, we aim to provide everything for everyone.

Starting with breakfast at 7AM, be spoiled for choice by our magnificent continental buffet, offering just-baked croissants, made using French white butter, homemade yoghurts and freshly squeezed orange juice, or order a la carte and enjoy unique creations such as our apple tatin pancakes, omelettes three ways made with delicious free-range Burford Brown eggs, and Wiltshire cured bacon, supplied by Aubrey Allen from pigs that are raised ethically on the beaches of Norfolk.

Lunch can be simple - a sandwich of smoked chicken or Philly cheese steak, perhaps a substantial salad or our French onion soup with gooey Swiss cheese - or it can be extravagant: our Black Angus beef burger topped with ethically-sourced foie gras, mouthwatering Toulouse sausages or our signature dish, roast chicken and chips. Slow-cooked on the rotisserie, the juices of this freedom and respect reared chicken gently infuse into the breast, resulting in incredibly flavoursome meat and beautifully crispy skin. Reminiscent of eating chicken from a by-gone age, it's sure to reinvigorate your love for this classic dish, bringing nostalgic images of long lunches in the countryside.

Evenings bring with them the pop of corks and the delightful glug of wine, which is perfect when accompanied by our AOC premium French charcuterie. Fresh fish from Peterhead, Rye, Cornwall and Brigham might tempt you for dinner, all sent to us from net to plate by our small selection of trusted suppliers. Finish things on a sweet note with our divine desserts or a medley of cheese from the award-winning Courtyard Dairy in Yorkshire.
